About the Project
The MBTW Group was responsible for a 2.7 kilometer trail system in the newly constructed Queensville Community. The trail system links streets to the adjacent valley lands, through storm water management ponds and to parks within the community.
Our office was responsible for the conceptual trail alignment, approvals with LSRCA, detailed grading plans and construction details including two raised boardwalks over SWM pond outfalls. We were also responsible for tendering and contract administration services during construction in 2024.
Our involvement also included coordination with Sub Consultants in the preparation of a Trail Impact Study required for LSRCA approvals. We also prepare Trial Signage for this project.
